1. Civil defense approved drawings original if needed
2. Consultant Contractor appointment letter signed by the Tenant
3. Existing projected Layouts
4. Original automotive policy and third-party insurance
5. Original Notification Letter from the building owner homeowners Association to
6. DSO Approval
7. Tenants Name and Complete Address
8. Unit lease contract

What do we do in DSO Approval?

• We take proper attention and precautions to obtain Fit-out Permit for You from DSO Approvals.
